What is your exchange policy?
Recipient not happy with the product? Not a problem. We can offer an exchange for any of the other products on our website valued at the same price. Please contact us here to administer an exchange.
My product is damaged or defective, what do I do?
Please contact us here to explain your issue and get an answer. Generally, we will either exchange or accept a return of any damaged or defective merchandise.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange any unused & unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the order shipment date.
How do I return my product?
Please include all parts of your order in the original packaging and ship the package back to our facilities using the address below. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return.
