SENDAFRIEND SHIPPING POLICY
1.SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The following shipping rate applies to orders within the United States:
5-10 business days
3-6 business days
If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order at the stipulated time our customer care team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.
The Shipping time estimates include 1-2 business days for processing your orders.
SendAFriend delivers to almost anywhere around the world! Due to some COVID-19 restrictions, there may be issues shipping to some areas. If this is the case, our system automatically updates and will not allow you to place the order.
We are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom due to the UK’s split from the European Union.
We are currently unable to ship packages to Australia due to USPS policies
Shipping time and rate for international order varies due to unexpected delays with deliveries taking up to 60 days to arrive to some countries. Buyers may also not be able to track their orders. If you are placing an order to an international address, please be aware of this and expect delays.
International shipment prices may not include taxes and duties that your recipient's country charges upon arrival. SendAFriend do not have guarantee any shipping timelines for international shipping.
Buyers are advised to notify the recipient about the package to be received to avoid delays or return-to-sender issues
If you place an international order and your package does not arrive within 60 days, please contact us below.
2. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED.
For domestic Buyers, if your order is yet to be delivered after 10 business days, please use our Contact page for details about your order. International Buyers should allow 60 business days for your order to arrive.
If your order has been marked as delivered by the USPS and you have not received it, your item may be lost or stolen. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages and we are not able to issue refunds or reship these packages.
SendAFriend cannot ship a replacement package if the order has been marked as delivered for more than 30 days.
3. DOES SENDAFRIEND OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer free shipping to the continental United States on all orders $49 and over. Your subtotal must be at least $49 after discounts are applied to receive the free shipping offer at checkout.
4. SENDING A PACKAGE TO COLLEGE CAMPUS
We ship care packages to college campuses all the time! Please be sure to visit the university’s website for instructions for sending a package to the campus. The name of the student is extremely important. Most universities will not deliver a package if the name does not match the name on file for that student.
Typically, when a package is being delivered to a college campus, the mail staff from the university will receive the package (a “delivered” notification is then sent from the USPS). Then the mail staff from the university will either deliver the item to the dorm or the student will need to travel to the mailroom to collect the item. Sometimes this process does take a couple of days from the time the item is marked as “delivered” by the USPS through the time it is actually delivered to the individual on campus. We recommend asking your friend to check with the campus mail staff if the package has been marked delivered but has not been received.
5. SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
We do not offer scheduled deliveries at this time. If you wish to get the delivery date close to a specific date, please take a look at our order delivery estimates above and place your order accordingly.
6. RETURN AND REFUNDS
We’re happy to offer you a 100% refund, excluding the shipping cost, for any item that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Please send to us an email notification as soon as you would like to return the product. You must notify us about the package you’ll like to return within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price.
SendAFriend do not cover shipping costs on returned packages.
Yep! We can facilitate an exchange if you are not happy with the animal you chose. Please contact us here to facilitate an exchange. We do not cover the additional shipping costs on exchanges.
