As ten-year-old Carson underwent treatment for Medulloblastoma in 2020, he found himself contemplating how he could help others. With so many offering help to him through his journey, he wanted to give back.
Carson is a hat lover so he decided to spread hope by sending hats to other warriors like himself. It started with collecting over 5,000 hats to distribute across Ohio. Now his nonprofit organization, Hats of Hope, not only sends hats all over the country, but they help meet the needs of families going through treatment. Offering their support with gas cards, groceries, and aid for monthly bills, this ten-year-old's organization is quite an inspiration!
Through our Spread the Love Fund, we’ve donated $2,500 to Hats of Hope to help with shipping costs and storage needs for this new and growing nonprofit organization. We’re excited to see what’s next for Carson and his dreams of spreading hope!
