From diapers to college care packages, Best Love Family Foundation is on a mission to provide community support and assistance for youth in the foster care system and the families who support them. Eligible foster and adoptive families receive assistance with diapers and wipes each month. Best Bags of Love give overnight bags to children entering foster care or while transitioning between homes, and include blankets, books, and hygiene items. The love doesn’t stop there! Each year, ten eligible foter youth are selected to receive an entire trunk of items to help get them started with their college experience. Additonally, Best Love Family Foundation provides scholarships to eligible fostered youth. The organization also encourages community members to write letters to youth to assure them things will be okay.
