SendAFriend is a service where you can anonymously send a stuffed animal with a personalized note anywhere in the world.
There is no buyer information included in the package. The recipient will not know who sent the package unless you specifically put your name on the custom order note OR shipping address when ordering.
However, SendAFriend does reserve the exclusive right to reveal the sender's information if the recipient is concerned about their comfort or well being. Do not use SendAFriend with any sort of malicious intent.
When purchasing two or more care packages heading to different households, we recommend placing separate orders for each SendAFriend. This will allow you to address each package individually and ensures your fluffy friends will arrive at their respective new homes.
When purchasing two or more care packages heading to the same household, we recommend placing one order. Having all of your friends packaged together means you’ll only have one order number/tracking number and ensures your fluffy friends will arrive at the same time. We recommend including the name of each intended recipient on their personalized card so that we can label each individual box with the recipient’s name. This way, you’ll know who to give the correct package to upon arrival.
If you need to edit your shipping address, billing address, custom note, or product, or cancel your order, you can:
1. Pull up your order confirmation email and click the edit/cancel links, or
2. Login to your account and edit the order from your order history page.

No, we do not allow foul language on our notes. SendAFriend is about spreading love & positivity. We will not fulfill any order with any offensive, obscene, demeaning, or otherwise inappropriate note.

SendAFriend offers free US shipping as well as an expedited shipping option. See table below for costs and approximate shipping times. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

International shipping time is approximately 15-30 business days. However, we continue to experience complications with these deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. If you are placing an order to an international address, please be aware of this and expect delays. We recommend alerting international recipients of an incoming package to avoid inadvertent delays or return-to-sender issues.
We do not have guarantee any shipping timelines for international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
International shipment prices may not include taxes and duties that your recipient's country charges upon arrival.
NOTICE: Should your package be returned to us, we do not refund the cost of international shipping.

If your order has been marked as delivered by USPS and you still have not received it, your order may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. Sadly, we do not issue refunds or reshipments for lost or stolen packages.

We try to keep each and every animal in stock, but sometimes we cannot keep up with demand. We currently restock and launch new products about once per month. You can click on any out-of-stock product and sign up for alerts to be notified when it is back!

If your stuffed friend gets a little dirty, try using a cloth with cold water and some mild soap. We recommend that you try to avoid machine washing in order to increase the lifespan of your friend. If you absolutely must machine wash your plush, use the gentlest cycle, with mild soap, and no fabric softener. Then let your friend air dry!
