SendAFriend is a service where you can anonymously send a stuffed animal with a personalized note anywhere in the world.
There is no buyer information included in the package. The recipient will not who sent the package unless you specifically put your name on the custom order note OR shipping address when ordering.
However, SendAFriend does reserve the exclusive right to reveal the sender's information if the recipient is concerned about their comfort or well being. Do not use SendAFriend with any sort of malicious intent.
If you need to edit your shipping address, billing address, custom note, or product, or cancel your order, you can:
1. Pull up your order confirmation email and click the edit/cancel links, or
2. Login to your account and edit the order from your order history page.

No, we do not allow foul language on our notes. SendAFriend is about spreading love & positivity. We will not fulfill any order with any offensive, obscene, demeaning, or otherwise inappropriate note.
We are located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri where all of our packages ship out from.
Shipping times vary depending on your shipping selection at checkout. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Free Standard Shipping - Will arrive in 3-7 days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.
Rush Order ($2.95) - Will arrive in 2-5 days from the order date. excluding weekends and holidays.

If it has been more than 7 days (for domestic shipments) and your order has not arrived yet, please contact us here for information on where your order may be. For international shipments, please wait 30 days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
If your order has been marked as delivered by USPS and you still have not received it, your order may be lost, stolen, or misplaced. Sadly, we do not issue refunds or reshipments for lost or stolen packages.
Sadly we do not allow scheduled deliveries at this time. If you wish to get the delivery date close, please take a look at our order delivery estimates and place your order accordingly.
We do offer international shipping. Please keep in mind that international shipment prices do not include taxes and duties that your recipient's country may charge on the package's arrival.
International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive. Most arrive in 10-15 days.
Please alert international recipients of an incoming package to avoid your order being return shipped.
We do not refund the cost of international shipping if your package is returned back to us.
We try to keep each and every animal in stock, but sometimes we cannot keep up with demand. To be notified when a product is back in stock, you can sign up on that product's page using the "notify me when available" button.

We donate 10% of all sales directly to Children's Hospitals throughout the United States.
This year, we have decided to donate to a different children's hospital each month. Currently, we are lined up to donate to St. Louis Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and St. Louis Shriners Hospitals for Children. We will continue to update this page as we add new hospitals throughout this coming year.
