When Kristina, Vice President of Sophia the Fierce Inc., reached out to us and shared her daughter Sophia’s story, we knew we wanted to help.
Diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma at just 7 years old, Sophia carried a stuffed red panda with her throughout her cancer journey. It was her comfort through doctor’s appointments, chemotherapy, hospital stays, and so many uncertain moments. That red panda meant so much to Sophia that she even included one in the logo for the organization she founded to help other children facing cancer.
Today, Sophia the Fierce continues her legacy by supporting children battling cancer and their families. Through our GiveAFriend program, we’re honored to help spread more love with 100 Rusty the Red Panda care packages. And to make these deliveries even more special, Sophia the Fierce's very own mascot, Fierce will be delivering our special gifts!
We hope these fluffy friends bring smiles, cuddles, and something special for children to hold onto during the hard days.
