100 GiveAFriend care packages made their way to Vermont Kin as Parents (VKAP) — an organization dedicated to supporting kinship families.
When children have to leave their birth parents, they’re often faced with uncertainty and heartache. Many find safety and love with grandparents or other family members who step up in unimaginable circumstances. VKAP works to provide these caregivers with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to create stable, nurturing homes.
We’re honored to play a small part in their mission by sending cuddly friends to brighten the days of children navigating these tough transitions.
