Back to Play is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring joy, confidence, and a sense of normalcy to children after trauma, including natural disasters, hospitalization, or other life-disrupting experiences. They believe play is a critical part of healing, emotional regulation, and childhood resilience.
Through thoughtfully designed Back to Play backpacks, they provide children with comfort items, creative activities, and play-based resources during some of life’s most difficult moments. These backpacks are distributed to children following traumatic events such as natural disasters, extended hospital stays, or emotional hardship, helping them feel safe, supported, and cared for.
