COVID-19 Update

NOTICE: The USPS is currently experiencing unexpected delays at distribution centers across the US. Please allow additional time for delivery. We have also been made aware of complications with international delivers. If you are placing an order for an international address, please be aware of this and expect delays. At this time, we do not have any guaranteed timelines for international shipping.

Safety: The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority and we are implementing many measures to ensure a clean working environment. Our fulfillment stations are being sanitized daily and our team members are no closer than 8-10 feet of each other at any given time to ensure our team members stay healthy and safe.

Shipping: We are still shipping and processing orders under normal fulfillment times. This means your order will still leave our facilities in 1-3 business days. However, we have been made aware by the USPS that they are experiencing shipping delays in different regions. Whether or not your package experiences a delay depends on your local and state restrictions due to the virus as well as the capacity of your local USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery as needed. We appreciate your patience as news and updates regarding carrier delays becomes available.

Inventory: We are trying hard to keep our animals in stock and release new animals even with COVID-19 supplier delays. We usually restock about once per month, but some shipments and restocks may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience around this!
