I've recently had life throw some significant curveballs, including saying goodbye to my kitty of 21 years. My arms were so empty at night and I kept crying myself to sleep. Until Crouton showed up. He was so soft and cute and although he certainly can't take the place of my cat, I can fall asleep with my arms wrapped around something soft. He puts a smile on my face, which isn't easy right now. He also sent me a candle. It smells so good, but I forgot to get a picture. You guys get 5/5 stars!!

Unfortunately Crouton arrived with an injured back. He was literally coming apart at the seam!! I contacted customer support to report the injury. Like all good practitioners they requested imaging. Two pictures later and a replacement was on its way, outstanding customer service and the kiddo loved it!!!!

I got him for my boyfriend and he’s incredibly soft. We’d send each other capybara videos all day long some days and this was the perfect gift.

We love Crouton the Capybara. I ordered him to cheer up my husband, who was recovering from painful dental surgery. We were both delighted with him. Now, here's the advice. Our Friend was delivered to the front of our garage instead of to the front door. He was exposed to the rain, and rain it did. I wish SendaFriend had texted me on his arrival instead of email, which I don't check anywhere near as often. I don't know how long he was out there, but the entire package was soaked through. The presentation box was ruined, which was fine for my husband and me, but would have been a problem if we'd been gifting him to someone else. Fortunately, Crouton was safe, dry and undamaged. But why not go the extra eight steps to put him inside my front door? The driver had to know it was raining. This was overall a good experience, but could have been a terribly disappointing one if our Friend had gotten wet.

Bought this for my daughter who loves capybaras. She will be having surgery next month and her new capy will be waiting to comfort her after the surgery.

My dog’s name is Crouton, and my mom surprised me with this as I’m going through a difficult time. It’s amazing quality and made me smile. Such a cute idea. Crouton the Capybara is the best!

The capybara is the new hotness in stuffed animals and my niece wanted one for her birthday. Glad I found the site and was able to get the giant Crouton the Capybara over to her. She loves it!!!

My gift was returned to the shipper by the hospital as my recipient had already checked out. Customer service let me know what happened and promptly refunded me so that I could re-gift to the right address. My recipient loved her extra large Capybara and keeps it by her side!
