Holes holes I tell ya!

I bought rusty as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and he came with a decent sized hole in his neck. Which is frustrating since I’m paying a decent amount in shipping. I would hope the product would be in good quality! I’m not sure if this was shippings fault or if her rusty was just born this way. She did still end up enjoying her rusty just she has to be extra careful with it. I just very much am a perfectionist and I just wish her present could have come out better than it did.
