Nestled between snow-covered peaks, you’ll find a gentle soul. For years and years, stories have been passed down through folklore. Some are wholeheartedly convinced of his existence, while others dismiss these stories as myths.
He watches from a distance, yearning to be seen, but doubt has held a firm grasp. With dreams as vast as the mountain ranges, Yuka the Yeti longs for the day he’ll make his presence known.
He’s heard the stories and observed the looks of disbelief, and doubt, like a shadow, follows him. Legends of mischief and mayhem, these stories paint yetis as fearsome creatures. Yuka knows deep down that this is not him.
Memories begin to stir within. Yuka remembers running about the icy peaks with snow beneath his feet. Chasing the wind and twirling through snowstorms, living carefree, unburdened by the perceptions of others.
Yuka is reminded that he is still that yeti. Realizing that these stories don’t define him, he knows his actions speak louder than old folklore. He’s reclaimed a piece of that carefree spirit and is ready to write his own story.

I have bought a few of these for a few different family members, and all were pleased with each animal purchased. Then purchased another, only to find out a week after delivery, it was never received. (Was sent to NYC apartment) I reached out to customer service, honestly expecting to receive a "too bad can't help you" response, but to my pleasant surprise, they immediately responded, and resent the same product,
and nephew and note. This time instead of trying to surprise my family I gave tracking info and it was received.
I was so relieved that I didn't have to beg or complain etc. They immediately fixed the issue.
I will definitely continue to order from this wonderful company.

My daughter moved to Seattle for a new position in her company and it ended up not being a good fit for her. She was frustrated with the situation and missing family on the other side of the country. I sent her the Yeti as a sweet surprise. She just loved it and the story that came with it. The adjectives describing the Yeti reminded her of all her strengths. A close friend/coworker is going through chemo/radiation for an aggressive form of cervical cancer. After listening to her description of how the radiation makes her insides feel like they are always “burning/on fire,” i ordered this - told her to think of the cold temps this dude lives in to help “cool” her thoughts. I was able to gift my nephew this little yeti (in a sweatshirt!) for Christmas. I was a little late in my gift giving and did not order my Yeti until I knew it would be too late to arrive before Christmas or on Christmas Day, but he got it in the 2 days post Christmas, and I wasn't even expecting him to get it until the new year! (I even wrote a little note saying here is a new friend for the new year because I knew I messed up my timing and missed Christmas!) That was a fabulous surprise from Send A Friend's customer service and fulfillment operations. I am definitely going to send more friends because of this very positive experience.
