Students across the country show up to school daily carrying a heavy load. Beyond their backpacks and busy schedules, students face all of life’s challenges, oftentimes with limited resources to support them along the way. Some have lost parents or siblings, some have no bed to sleep in at night, and some are receiving their only regular meals from the school cafeteria.
We are proud to offer just a bit of comfort when students need a little extra love. 200 GiveAFriend packages will make their way into the little hands of students attending Jackson R2 in Southeast Missouri.
When we delivered these fluffy friends, the Maintenance Crew at Jackson R2 met us with excited smiles! Let's just say these care packages are in good hands until they're needed by a student!
