Great Customer Service

We received a defective dragon. His seams started separating and my daughter as so sad. We reached out to customer service with pictures, and they were so quick to respond and offer solutions. As I’m not a seamstress, I chose a replacement and they rush shipped him. “Goldie” as my daughter calls him, returned from “hospital” so fast and good as new! She’s so happy with her little dragon. He was a special gift I got for her to help with the grief of losing her grandmother. Thank you Send A Friend for making it right so quickly! I also have an Astrid the Astrology Bat, and I love her.

Adorable cheer-up gift

I would never typically get my dad a stuffed animal, but some rough family things were happening and I grew up with him telling me bedtime stories about dragons, so when I saw Duke, I knew I had to get him. My dad was delighted by him and has sent me several pictures of him around the house! Duke looks exactly like he looks on the site and I'm told he's soft and well-made.

My grandson loves it!

I haven’t seen my grandson for a few weeks so I sent him a dragon to show him how much I loved him and miss him! He was very happy he loved his dragon!

Dragon helps heal

Here is a picture, this adorable dragon flew far from me. This dragon is helping a 2 year old heal from a severe lung infection. He is at home on oxygen. There have been ambulance rides back to the hospital several times. He loves his dragon!
