Excellent Customer Service And Products

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I inadvertently used the billing address as the shipping address, but thankfully, the very responsive customer service rep was able to make the change. I am very grateful for that! The person who received the "Send A Friend" box was so happy! He said it was boxed so nicely and was impressed with the quality of the stuffed animal and the snacks in the box.
I also sent a box to my dog, and it had the cutest items in it! I took everything out and sent pictures to everyone via text!
I was also really touched by all of the charitable donations your company makes! Keep up the great work!
